Hi, Iām Juned Khatri. Iām an engineer turned recruiter based in Mumbai, India.
I started Engineer Turned Recruiter to help engineers, designers, and product managers find meaningful opportunities without wasting time on irrelevant or fake job postings.
What began as a small side project has grown into a weekly effort where I personally speak with hiring managers, founders, and recruiters to handpick roles worth your time. No job board clutter, no spam, just high-quality opportunities you can trust.
My journey began as a front-end engineering intern in my first year of college. Over the years, I worked as an engineer, UI/UX designer, and product manager before moving into recruitment. Today, I run ClanX, helping companies hire top tech talent while building a strong community of professionals around the world.
Through Engineer Turned Recruiter, my goal is to make hiring more human and transparent, and to give back to the community that shaped my career.
