Hi folks,
Juned this side, I started Engineer Turned Recruiter with one simple goal: to help engineers, designers, and product managers find meaningful opportunities without wasting time on irrelevant or fake job postings.

This began as a side project, but it is now a weekly commitment that takes hours of conversations with hiring managers, founders, and recruiters. I personally vet every role before it goes out. No copy-paste from job boards, no spam, just quality opportunities worth your time.

It has always been free and community led because I believe good opportunities should be accessible to everyone, not just those who can pay for them.

From my first year as a front-end engineering intern to building products and now running ClanX, I have been lucky to work with some incredible people. This newsletter is my way of giving back to the same community that shaped my career.
